President (for the moment) Bush, I just read now, your use of "Unitary Executive" concept, mentioned 95 times. The Wikipedia article about it, is like a false advertisement and a lying definition. You have used "unitary executive" to decide what is law, and what is not law: the laws passed by Congress that YOU have to follow as well, and your job description is to carry out the laws passed by Congress.
The Congress makes laws. And the President lives by those laws. If you want to decide the constitutionality of a law, you have to go through the Supreme Court. Any high schooler who went through "We the People" class (and every high schooler should take it, it's a Constitution class at the high school level) can demolish all the fake arguments made up by your aides (they merely spew out a pile of non-widely-used English words to make it sound sophisticated and therefore giving it a false impression of being a well-studied truth, when in reality it's a well-crafted lie *), there is just no way around the Constitution on that point.
* The popular misconception is that, if something is written in scholarly language, or seem to have some thought put into it, then it must be "smart" and therefore well-informed and true.
That is a popular misconception.
Any lie can also be written in scholarly language, and have thoughts put into it. And these days, more lies than truths, are written in scholarly language. And people just don't bother to think while reading, tragically assuming that a collection of some literary or "educated" words must mean it's true and/or honest.
Your "signing statements" are also unconstitutional. That means, Congress passing a law, and while signing it, you add a statement that even though you sign it into law and everyone else has to follow it, you promise to personally disregard the law anytime you feel like it.
Your "unitary executive" is imperial, and not Constitutional. I think the fake Christians (especially the ones running megachurches, but their fetid culture of claiming themselves to be kings is affecting even little churches who try to emulate these "kings") acclaiming anyone in any kind of office as "king" really got to you. You can't even quote one person from the First Generation to support this "unitary executive" thing, or the "signing statement". Because, they fought against that King George, for their liberty and that of the posterity. That's exactly why the Declaration of Independence and Constitution were written, so there wouldn't be a "unitary executive" and "signing statements". Did you not think that King George had legislators and judges? Of course he did, but as king and despot he ignored the legislators and judges anytime he liked. Bad company corrupts good character. Perhaps you were more pious when you started Presidency, I don't know. If so, you have been badly affected by the greed of the multitude of the counselors around you, whose souls are depravedly bent upon acquisition of power, personal and clique-power.
Congress and the Supreme Court has every constitutional right and duty to impeach you of contempt of the Constitution, and to restore the function of Presidency to its appropriate place within the constitutional framework.
You should be impeached on the "signing statements" alone. This is even without knowing about the "unitary executive".
You may be commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, but they also took oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against domestic enemies. You may be in the executive branch, but you put into execution what Congress tells you to, not your whims.
